Matthew Alan Frank is a Founding and Managing Partner at Premo Frank PLLC. Matt represents people who have suffered discrimination, retaliation, or harassment in the workplace. He has a track record of success at all stages of his clients' cases, including: settlement negotiation, motion practice, trial, and appeal.

Protecting civil rights and seeking justice for clients is Matt's passion. He did so in a variety of legal settings as a Clarence Darrow Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School. From the Michigan Law School Human Trafficking Clinic and the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Project. 

Before entering private practice, Matt clerked for the Honorable Susan N. Burke in Hennepin County District Court. He grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
