Matthew has also advised companies in private joint venture and debt arrangements, and has served as outside general counsel to review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other documents relating to a wide range of exceptional and ordinary-course business transactions.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He is a husband, father, blogger, crossfitter, aspiring chef and really good at helping people achieve their goals.
