Mr. Galante received his B.A. from Cornell University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and with two academic majors, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, with distinction in Foreign and Comparative Law.  He served as an editor of The American Review of International Arbitration and The Columbia Journal of European Law and was a board member of the Columbia International Arbitration Association.

Mr. Galante has practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Boies, Schiller & Flexner, and Wolf Popper.  He has a wide range of experience in both litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants, and transactional matters, assisting in the completion of complex deals in diverse industries.

Mr. Galante is licensed to practice in New York.
