Matthew focuses his practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. He has a background as a judicial law clerk for the Eighth Judicial District Court, in Clark County, Nevada. He has experience in criminal, domestic-relations, real-estate, insurance defense, and complex civil litigation matters.

Matthew brings a solid background in legal research and writing, having conducted complex legal research and drafting for sitting judges and practicing attorneys alike, particularly in the areas of real-estate litigation and complex civil litigation. He also worked as a research-assistant for 3 semesters during law school and has logged several hundred hours of legal research, writing, and document drafting.

He also brings real-world, practical knowledge of the court system, having worked on both sides of the bench. He has spent hundreds of hours studying civil procedure and court rules, offering a unique perspective regarding litigation tactics and client-oriented procedural solutions.

Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah and his juris doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
