Matthew D. Massar has a diverse practice focused on commercial real estate, natural resources, and business matters. He represents a variety of clients looking to navigate the legal issues associated with ownership transactions, ongoing management, and reorganization of specialized property types (whether commercial, agricultural, residential, or assets produced through ownership of same) - utilizing his unique business background and seasoned legal experience to provide timely, reasoned and valuable advice.

Mr. Massar performed his undergraduate studies at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Administration/Economics; and earned his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, serving on The Scholar Law Review (as a Staff Writer and Comment Editor), and being a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
