I was Born on March 8, 1972, in Goshen, New York. I attended the University of Miami and graduated in 1994 with a BBA. I then attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating in 1998 with honors. I was admitted into the Florida Bar in 1998 and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida in 2000.

I concentrate my representation primarily in the areas of: 

• Business (Formation, Contracts, and Outside General Counsel)
• Estate Planning (wills and trusts, etc.)
• Real Estate (Limited to Partition Actions and Heirs Property)
• Bankruptcy 
• Litigation 

 Additionally, I act as Personal Counsel for physicians and healthcare providers in Florida who are being sued for malpractice.

 I am available to represent clients throughout Florida upon request.
