Biography
Lawyergist does NOT list my practice area. I work in what is now called Cyber Security. I have over three decades of experience in this field. I spent a decade starting in 1997 as Chief Scientist of the NEbraskaCERT, a state level Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT). When I retired from the CERT in 2007 I went to Creighton Law School to further my practice. I specialize in Risk Managament for Information Security structures, including Governance and Compliance for both International and US based companies.
