Matt has represented minors who have had their federal and constitutional rights violated by school officials, disabled individuals who were unlawfully evicted from their homes, individuals who were subjected to excessive force (including deadly force), wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, cruel and unusual punishment, and other constitutional violations by law enforcement, and employees who were discriminated and retaliated against on behalf of their sex, race, national origin, disability, religion, and sexual orientation.
