Biography

I am a former Massachusetts Assistant District Attorney and Associate Counsel for a major metropolitan Boston real estate management and development company. In my practice I have represented individuals, insurers, lending institutions, privately held corporations, large companies, condominium boards, trustees and associations in their personal and business-related legal matters. I have also served as counsel for landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, banks, condominium unit owners, general contractors, subcontractors and home owners in real estate transaction disputes, mortgage fraud claims, loan modifications, foreclosure prevention and foreclosure defense, eminent domain, adverse possession, condominium and zoning litigation matters.
