Prior to founding the firm in 2009, Mr. Sullivan practiced for six years at Winston & Strawn, LLP.  Mr. Sullivan clerked for the Hon. Jack O'Malley of the Second District Court of Appeals.  He graduated cum luade from University of Illinois College of Law in 2002.
