Matthew McLain, founder of McLain Law, is a third generation attorney who is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and various Federal courts. Matthew McLain aggressively advocates for his client’s interests and is dedicated to putting forward the most effective legal strategy and arguments.

Prior to founding McLain Law, Matthew McLain worked at a national appellate law firm where he fine-tuned his advocacy skills. Matthew McLain represented hundreds of criminal defendants in their pursuit of relief at the trial, appellate and clemency level. Matthew McLain is well versed in criminal and appellate law and has represented defendants convicted of various state and federal crimes.
