Matthew P. Pritts concentrates on litigation, transportation law and construction law. His experience in state and federal courts ranges from personal injury litigation, real estate litigation, FELA litigation, intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes and construction law claims. He has presented to a variety of groups about construction law issues and the new electronic discovery rules.

Matt is named in Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of transportation law and has been recognized by Virginia Living as a Legal Eagle.

His involvement in professional organizations includes serving as chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Transportation Law Section.

Matt graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University and received his law degree from Washington and Lee University, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and a staff writer for the Law Review.
