People always ask me "What kind of lawyer are you?" My answer is always the same: "A good one, I hope." It's a joke, yes, but it also has a kernel of truth. I'm not a lawyer who does quickie divorces for $250; I'm not a lawyer who churns through a lot of cases hoping they lead to a "big lick," all the while taking your retainer and laughing all the way to the bank when your fruitless claim is dismissed. I work hard for my clients; I keep my caseload low so that I can give you personalized attention; and I don't just want to suck you dry and walk away when you run out of money.

The flip side of this is, I'm not cheap. If you want a lawyer who will spend next to no time on your case and cost you next to no money, don't call me. I'm not saying I'm a good lawyer; you'll have to judge that for yourself, based on what you see. I'm saying that I will put forth a lot of effort for you, and I will always play it straight with you.
