Matthew McCarley is an attorney at Froester Haynie, PLLC. Previously, Matthew has been a partner at another firm in Texas and an in-house attorney for a large corporation in the area. Mainly focusing on Personal Injury (including mass torts), Public Client Practice, Employment Law, and Medical Malpractice.  

Matthew graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in International Studies. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the South Texas College of Law located in Houston, TX.

Matthew is licensed to practice in the following states: Arizona, Kansas, Texas and Utah.

Matthew is also admitted to practice in the following federal courts: U.S. District Court Southern District of Indiana, U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan, U.S. District Court of North Dakota, U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas, U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas, U.S. District Court Western District of Texas, U.S. District Court Southern District of Texas and U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
