Biography
Matt Kirsch concentrates his practice on the acquisition, sale, financing and leasing of real property. In addition, Mr. Kirsch advises clients regarding real property tax assessment matters, including the appeal of assessments for office buildings, apartment buildings, and other commercial properties in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. Mr. Kirsch also advises clients on compliance with tenant rights matters in the District of Columbia, including the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). Mr. Kirsch has extensive experience with corporate matters, including the formation and organization of business entities and joint ventures.
Mr. Kirsch received his Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, with a concentration in Organization & Management and a second major in Philosophy. He received his law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a Member of The George Washington International Law Review.
