Mr. Evans founded the Law Offices of Matthew S. Evans, III, LLC in 2011 after practicing for 12 years at the Annapolis law firm Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A., where he was a partner. His civil practice has included residential and commercial transactions, commercial landlord-tenant matters, and drafting of complex contractual documents, including construction contracts and commercial leases. His practice has also included significant litigation and appellate experience in State and Federal Courts.

The focus of Mr. Evans’ Annapolis law firm is in the areas of Real Estate, Construction and Land Use. Mr. Evans is designated a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP) by the United States Green Building Council and maintains a significant interest in green building.
