Biography
Matt Sura is an attorney specializing in the representation of land owners, mineral owners, communities, and local governments in their negotiations and legal disputes with the oil and gas industry. Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt worked for environmental and landowner protections and oil and gas policy reform for twelve years while he was working for Western Colorado Congress out of Grand Junction, Colorado. In 2014-2015 Matt served as a local government representative on Governor Hickenlooper’s Oil and Gas Task Force. Matt and his family live in Boulder, Colorado.
