Labor & Employment Attorney who maintains a client-centric approach to practicing law. Extensive experience representing and advising local, regional, and national clients on all matters involving labor & employment law.

Regularly defends clients before federal and state courts and agencies involving all types of employment claims. Also represents employers in traditional labor matters such as Union avoidance, election campaigns, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations.

Significant experience in drug and alcohol testing with particular expertise in medical marijuana issues in the workplace. Also represents clients in disability access disputes arising under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Experience in drafting, defending, and enforcing non-compete agreements.

In addition to adversarial matters, extensive experience in advisement and counseling of clients on day-to-day employment and workplace-related decisions and matters, including development of employment policies, handbooks, and employment agreements.
