Matthew W. Raulston, “Web”, concentrates his practice in the real estate title industry and operates as a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia. Web has personally closed hundreds of transactions ranging from simple to complex, residential to commercial and from single state to multistate. He is a licensed Title Insurance Agent in the states of Georgia and Tennessee. Web based his practice for four years with Pioneer Title Agency in Chattanooga, TN before him and his partner, Bill Jones, left to form a separate company in 2014. Web is the Vice President of Jones Raulston Title Insurance Agency, Inc. and Jones & Raulston P.C. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from The Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in real estate from the University of Mississippi, where he served as the Business School President.
