I have substantial experience advising businesses on corporate structuring, corporate governance, asset and stock sales, contract negotiation, contract drafting, employment law matters, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, commercial real estate transactions, and dispute resolution.

On the estate planning and asset protection side of my practice, I enjoy working with all types of clients whether young, old, rich or poor. I believe in the value that estate planning can provide to all of my clients. For high-net worth clients, estate planning can minimize taxes and maximize asset protection. For other clients, estate planning avoids probate and provides an efficient administration of an estate to save clients and their family money by minimizing disputes and maximizing the assets left to be distributed to your loved ones. I have significant experience with domestic revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and charitable trusts, as well as foreign asset protection trusts in the Cook Islands and Nevis.
