  Welcome to my Lawyergist site.  I am a veteran attorney - practicing 34 years now!  Most of those years I have been a sole practitioner.  Since the world changed with COVID, so has the family practice.  Many of our court appearances are now virtual and I have learned how technology can make this process easier for clients.  Although a courthouse has been my "home away from home" for many years, that is not true for most clients so staying out of the physical courthouse is actually good for the client.  The practice has become somewhat more economical as there is no longer long waits for a Judge or Court Personnel and the client is no longer a face in the crowd but gets individualized attention from the courts.
