I am a Litigation Attorney and a Vice President of Miller & Tischler, P.C.  I have been practicing law in the area of No-Fault litigation since 1999.  In that time, I have represented numerous medical service providers and catastrophically injured individuals and their families in No-Fault insurance and ERISA matters. 

I have prepared and succeeded in trials, numerous arbitrations and appeals. I am admitted to practice in Michigan, New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  I have lectured in the area of No-Fault trial skills. I have an active membership in the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar, American Inns of Court, Michigan Association of Justice, the Women’s Bar Association and the Brain Injury Association of Michigan.

I hail from Buffalo, NY where I graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo. I received my law degree from the University of Detroit.  While at the University of Detroit, I was the Executive Director of the Moot Court Board, won oral advocacy competitions, competed on a national level in Moot Court, and was an American Inns of Court pupil.
