Megan Jury is a senior associate of the firm’s Elder Law, Probate, and Bankruptcy Practices. Megan handles sensitive matters involving proper long-term care solutions for aging adults and their families.

Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Megan represented skilled nursing facilities involved in complex Medicaid eligibility and compliance issues.

Megan has vast experience with the Long-Term Care Medicaid application and appeals process. She has also handled conservatorship and guardianship proceedings for incapacitated individuals.

Representative Matters

• Heir Representation - Achieved a $200,000 settlement for an omitted heir to ensure he received his rightful share of the estate.
• Debt Resolution - Secured a forbearance agreement and payment plan related to a past judgment in order to save client's home from foreclosure.
• Trust beneficiary representation - Achieved a successful result in mediation which resulted in an additional $100,000 to client for a life estate interest.
