Biography

I am the Founding Attorney at Thakkar Family Law, LLC, and represent clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation and mediation, contested custody matters, alimony and child support disputes, post-judgment applications, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence litigation. I also handle complex issues of equitable distribution including distribution of businesses, stock options, and restricted stock, and work with forensic accountants in order to achieve an equitable resolution.
