Ms. Weaver is an Associate with Patti, Sgro, Lewis and Roger. Throughout her career Ms. Weaver has practiced in a variety of disciplines including criminal defense, appeals, complex business litigation and general litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms. Weaver has successfully represented criminal defendants all the way through trial, securing not guilty verdicts. Ms. Weaver has handled multi‐million dollar business litigation matters. Further, Ms. Weaver has combined her two main areas of practice to represent clients in federal white collar criminal matters.

Ms. Weaver has handled cases from inception through trial and verdict for both civil and criminal matters. Ms. Weaver has argued at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and handled appeals in the Nevada Supreme Court.
