Melissa Hoffman is an attorney with the Hoffman Law Firm, PC whose practice is dedicated to passion for alleviating the tension and anxiety commonly experienced by many individuals involved in family law cases while helping clients navigate the complexities of the judiciary and the legal system. Ms. Hoffman has collaborated with clients to achieve successful results in every aspect of family law. She currently concentrates her practice in all areas of divorce and family law including but not limited to child custody, parenting time, support, mediation, division of assets, pre and post nuptial agreements, enforcement and modification of prior agreements and court orders, emancipation and domestic violence.

Ms. Hoffman's clients benefit from the wealth of knowledge and skill that she has acquired prior to founding Hoffman Law Firm, PC, in related areas of law, including real estate, tax sale foreclosure, landlord tenant, and bankruptcy, which compliment her exclusive focus on family law. Ms. Hoffman's extensive experience empowers her to develop creative strategies to accomplish her clients' goals. Her well-rounded, underlying acumen in these other areas of law strengthens her ability to provide clients with realistic and long-term financial options, as well as to help clients effectuate their preferred solutions.

Outside of work, Ms. Hoffman currently serves as an active member of the Parent Teacher Association for her daughter's school. Ms. Hoffman is also Fluent in Spanish.
