Meredith Silva's practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, conservatorship/guardianship law, probate, medicaid planning and application, special needs planning and probate. Meredith is frequently appointed by the Court to serve as Guardian ad litem and Attorney ad litem in conservatorship cases.  She also serves as a fiduciary for disabled individuals who are unable to care for themselves and do not have family to assist them.

Meredith is an experienced litigator with 17 years of experience zealously representing thousands of clients. 

Meredith’s practice is located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Meredith is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and also in Florida.  She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Conservatorship Association of Tennessee. 

Meredith graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida and received her bachelor's degree from New College of Florida, the Honors College of the State of Florida.
