Meredith L. Ferleger began her legal career at Zarwin Baum in 2011 as a law clerk while attending law school. She is now an associate in our commercial group. Her practice is primarily focused on handling zoning, land use, other real estate matters. During law school, Meredith interned in both the PECO litigation department of Exelon Corporation and in the law offices of Richard A. Lefchak, Esquire. Meredith is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

 

Meredith earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, at the Villanova University School of Law, where she was the Special Projects Editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Her work, Perplexing Precedent: United States v. Stevens Confounds a century of Supreme Court conventionalism and redefines the limits of “entertainment”, was published in Fall 2012 in the Journal. In addition to her participation with the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, Meredith was the Vice-President of the Corporate Law Society. For her exemplary pro bono service, she was awarded the Dorothy Day Award at the conclusion of law school. Meredith also received her Master of Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business. 

 

Meredith earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees, summa cum laude, at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, majoring in Advertising Management and Marketing Management.
