Biography

I have been practicing law for over thirty years. My approach centers on achieving a cost efficient, quick and practical solution in every case. My bench experience gives me a unique prospective of the big picture in a case. While the majority of my practice involves litigation, I always pursue all possibilities for a a settlement, which is based on a solid analysis of litigation prospects, rather than on a mere hope that the parties will apply their good will to reach a settlement.
