Micah LeBank focuses on reprsenting individuals and families who have been seriously injured or killed by dangerous products, government and corporate wrongdoing, insurance bad faith, medical negligence, serious sports injuries, and other misconduct and negligence.  Micah is a passionate advocate for his clients and has achieved significant verdicts and settlements in a variety of complex personal injury, civil rights, and insurance bad faith cases in state and federal courts.  He is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law.  Micah has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers, a professional organization comprised of America's top young trial attorneys, as the Top Forty Under 40 and by Washington Law and Politics as a Rising Star in Washington State each year since 2008.  Micah is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice.  Micah, his wife Jenny, and their sons Russell & Benham are Northwest natives and enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, and sailing.
