Michael Lizzi is a partner at Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi, and has lived in Fort Lee and Paramus, New Jersey since 1979. Michael Lizzi practices complex and standard tort litigation in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey in the fields of medical and hospital negligence, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, motor vehicle collision and highway design negligence, property and building defects, and defective consumer products.

Mr. Lizzi received his Juris Doctorate and graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 4% of his class from New York Law School in 1991. Before receiving his law degree, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1988. Before joining Michael Maggiano in 1996 as an associate, Mr. Lizzi worked as a litigation associate in the New York firm of Novick, Edelstein, Lubell, Reisman, Wasserman & Leventhal, P.C., joining that firm in 1991. He has also interned for the Honorable Marie Lambert of the New York State Surrogate Court, New York County.
