Biography
Mr. Burns handles felony, misdemeanor and traffic offenses for the firm. He is an experienced trial attorney from both the prosecution and defense sides of the courtroom. Mr. Burns earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia and returned to the University of Georgia to obtain his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining the firm he practiced law as a public defender in Cherokee County and then joined the Cherokee County Solicitor General’s Office. Mr. Burns was born and raised in Marietta, Georgia and now lives in Woodstock, Georgia.
