Mr. Gilden represents a wide-ranging client base in divorce, parenting disputes, paternity, post-dissolution enforcement, modification and other related matters. Mr. Gilden represents clients with complex business valuation issues, as well as sensitive and intricate matters concerning custody and other child related issues. Additionally, Mr. Gilden negotiates and drafts complex Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements, as well as other forms of marital contracts. Mr. Gilden’s practice also includes serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in contested matters representing the interests of children as selected by his colleagues and as appointed by the Courts. Mr. Gilden is often selected to serve as a mediator by the Courts, as well as by his colleagues in efforts to resolve complicated marital related cases.
