Biography

I am an Associate at Rubin Rudman and a member of the Litigation Department. I have a varied litigation practice encompassing business disputes, employment litigation, and professional malpractice. I routinely represent clients in state and federal courts and at the trial and appellate court levels, as well as before Massachusetts administrative agencies.

I have particular experience in handling employment-related business disputes, such as claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, covenants not to compete, claims under the Massachusetts Wage Act, and claims of employment discrimination.
