Chase Payne was born and raised in Florence, SC.  He attended Florida State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and a minor in Accounting.  Chase attended the Charleston School of Law and licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina and the Federal District Court of South Carolina.
