Michael represents clients in complex litigation matters in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania involving wrongful death, negligence and personal injury matters as well as real estate, business and contract disputes.  Michael also represents business owners and small businesses by providing general counsel services as well as maintains a comprehensive real estate practice for the acquisition, sale and management of property, land use and zoning, and real estate development.

Michael served as a New York City prosecutor, managing a large caseload from inception to trial and drafting complaints, interviewing witnesses, interrogating and arraigning defendants, handling pre-trial court appearances, conducting motion practice, and overseeing discovery obligations, hearings and plea bargain negotiations.

Previously, Michael worked for the Bronx and Manhattan District Attorneys, the United States Court of International Trade, and as an aide to a New York State legislator.

Mr. Camarinos graduated with Dean’s List Honors from Fordham University School of Law, and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, summa cum laude, and the John D. Feerick Award.  He also served as Chairman of the Fordham Law Dispute Resolution Society and named an American Bar Association Negotiation Champion in 2008.
