Mr. Stacy, a named partner in the firm, is a board certified trial attorney with 20 years of trial experience. Mr. Stacy has handled significant cases throughout the United States. As a result, Mr. Stacy has tried cases to a jury in Texas and other states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Alabama. Over his career, he has obtained millions of dollars for his clients due to his efforts in settlement negotiations and trials. Mr. Stacy primarily represents clients in cases involving wrongful death, serious personal injury, premises liability, auto and trucking accidents, general negligence and medical/psychiatric malpractice. 

 Mr. Stacy has been honored as a Top National Trial Lawyer and by induction into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He has also recently became a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation in recognition of his dedication and commitment to service, education and philanthropy.
