Mr. Band has a broad practice with an emphasis on civil litigation of all sorts, contracts, and intellectual property. Mike’s education and experience provide him with a particularly well-rounded perspective on the contours of the legal landscape. Prior to joining the firm, Mike gained experience serving as an intern with the United States Marshals Service, an extern with Idaho Legal Aid Services of Boise, and as an extern law clerk for Chief Judge for the U. S. District Court for District of Idaho, the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill.
