I am a trial lawyer who has two law offices, one in Bristol, Tennessee and the other in Asheville, North Carolina. My practice is concentrated in personal injury and workers compensation. For the past eight years I have had more of a focus on nursing home neglect having litigated many of these type of medical malpractice matters.
