I am a Senior Partner of the law offices of Raskin & Kremins, LLP.  I have been a practicing attorney for the past 30 years.

As the Senior Litigation Partner, I am responsible for the day-to-day handling of all litigation matters in the firm.  This includes personal injury litigation matters including, but not limited to, premises injury, automobile and trucking accidents, product liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and civil rights actions.  I also have extensive expertise in the areas of discrimination and police brutality matters.

Prior to forming Raskin & Kremins, LLP, I was associated with Dienst & Serrins, where I was responsible for handling all personal injury litigation within the firm.  Dienst & Serrins was also general counsel for the Lieutenants and Captains of the New York City Police Department and at times litgated matters before administrative agencies on behalf of senior Police Officers.

I started my career as an Associate with the law firm of Kroll, Pomerantz & Cameron, now Kroll, Rubin & Fiorella.  At that time, I was responsible for handling hundreds of defense files representing municipalities such as the Village of Freeport and the City of New Rochelle, as well as the New York City Housing Authority, New York State Liquidation Bureau, and carious other State and Local agencies.  I was also the Senior Associate responsible for overseeing all Club Med-related litigation.

I have tried numerous actions in both State and Federal Courts to successful conclusion. I am a frequent lecturer to other members of the bar at various continuing legal education seminars.  I am respected by colleagues in the State and Federal Judiciary, local politics, and members of the Bar of the State of New York.
