Areas of expertise include contract drafting and negotiation, terms of use, business structuring and funding, company and employee policies, general transactional issues as well as licensing and regulatory compliance. His prior experience includes negotiating sales contracts for a Fortune 500 healthcare company and publicly data storage company, regulatory compliance contracts for a publicly traded dental manufacturer, licensing agreement management for a prominent children's app company, numerous commercial lease negotiations and representation of a clients in a wide range of merger and acquisition deals, from trucking to e-commerce.
