Biography

Michael G. Santangelo is a prominent criminal defense attorney and civil litigator practicing throughout New York in both State and Federal Courts. He has successfully represented clients accused of various crimes such as murder, assault, rape, enterprise corruption, RICO, drug offenses, DUI and DWI and has tried over fifty cases to verdict. As a former Westchester County Assistant District Attorney he provides a unique perspective and a formidable asset to his clients. He has been involved in several high profile criminal cases and his ability as a criminal attorney is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues as a result of his diligent efforts and proven results.

Mr. Santangelo has also specialized in civil litigation and, since 1998, he has served as General Counsel to Pepe Motors d/b/a Mercedes Benz of White Plains providing representation in all of its general litigation, labor and anti-trust litigation.
