Michael practices  in the areas of personal injury - including car accidents, traumatic brain injury cases, slip and falls, bicycle accidents and pedestrian accidents among others. He has represnted clients through trial, mediation, and arbitration; and recently convinced the Washington Court of Appeals to uphold a $5 million judgment in his client's favor (including recovery of all attorneys fees and costs).

In addition, Michael practices employment law - representing people who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against.

He is involved in several political activities, having served as campaign coordinator in multiple statewide campaigns, and raised over a million dollars in direct mail fundraising for a Washington state gubernatorial campaign.

Michael is a member of the Tyee Club and a season ticket holder for the University of Washington football team.
