Since 1988, I have been a practicing lawyer.  I am often asked "do you like your job?"  My answer has always been YES.  This response often surprises people and I have to go into a little detail for them to understand why I enjoy being a lawyer and counsellor at law.  Mainly though, it is because I like helping people and problem solving.  Whether it is a simple situation like handling a real estate closing or a complex litigation case, it does not change my approach.  That is because every matter is important to my client - big or small.  I want them to know I personally care about them and the outcome of their matter.  I enjoy the knowledge that the facts of every case are a little different and that means practicing law is never routine.  It is a tremendous honor, as well as responsibility, that a client will trust me with their legal needs and I am humbled by their trust in me.  This trust is why I am committed to helping my clients and being a problem solver on their behalf.
