Michael "Mike" Hinojosa is a Texas Personal Injury Attorney born and raised in lower southeast Houston. Coming from humble beginnings, he was the first in his family to graduate college, and did so from Texas A&M University in College Station.

​After college, he followed a calling to give back to his local community. He became a police officer and ultimately a sergeant for the Houston area. During his career, Mike investigated and supervised countless vehicle accident investigations as well as complex criminal investigations. He has personally witnessed the devastating impact injuries caused by negligent acts of others. This led him to become a personal injury attorney immediately and fight for those who needed help when it mattered most.
