A former Special Assignment Prosecutor, Michael has tried well in excess of 100 jury trials including complex and high profile cases involving multiple parties and juries and has practiced law in numerous Michigan Courts, local federal courts and in Alexandria, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Texas, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and worked internationally with clients in London, England, Frankfurt, Germany and Barcelona and Bilbao Spain. A former senior Assistant Prosecutor in Wayne County, Michigan, he was specially assigned to numerous high profile units and cases He worked in Homicide Unit, he was assigned to a United State Department of Justice (federal) anti-gang and organized crime task force (CAGI) and Special Operations Community Prosecutions. Michael has extensive experience in complex local, national and international commercial litigation including breach of contract, fraud, civil racketeering, unsolicited commercial email (UCE) as well as criminal defense, white collar criminal defense, complex and high net worth divorce, employment discrimination, civil rights and personal injury law.  Incredibly, Michael has never had a client convicted as charged since leaving government service.
