Michael Thomas is an associate in Durham Jones & Pinegar’s St. George office. As a member of the Litigation practice group, he focuses on matters involving contract disputes, as well as professional liability, product liability, insurance defense and fraud claims. Michael advocates on behalft of real estate developers, insurers, lenders, creditors, manufacturers, technology developers, subcontractors and a host of other business clients at every stage of litigation. He also has extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution, having negotiated settlements at mediation and represented the prevailing party in multiple arbitrations. Michael’s experience touches a broad range of industries, such as insurance, real estate, e-commerce, entertainment, health care and financial services.
