Attorney Kaczynski is a Senior Attorney at Freed Marcroft LLC in Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Kaczynski was admitted to the bar of the State of Connecticut in 2012. Since then, he has represented clients in every judicial district in the State of Connecticut. His practice areas included employment law, civil litigation, corporate transactions, medical malpractice defense, mergers & acquisitions, family law, social security disability appeals, mediation/ADR, and much more.

Mr. Kaczynski has also been a professor at the University of New Haven and a mediator for the State of Connecticut Department of Education. He was previously the General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for Premier Education Group, a vocational educational group with fifteen campuses across the eastern seaboard.

Mr. Kaczynski holds a Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in Law and Public Policy from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
