I have over 40 years of legal experience and have obtained millions of dollars in settlements for my personal injury clients (past results do not guarantee future outcomes, of course).  In my practice I emphasize serious personal injury, divorce, social security disability, will contests, and complex civil litigation.  I graduated magna cum laude from Union College, where I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and from UB Law School.  I served as the Court Attorney for Oneida County Surrogate's Court from 1989 to 1999 while also practising personal injury law.  I also served as Principal Law Clerk (confidential legal advisor) to New York State Supreme Court Justices John W. Grow and Anthony F. Shaheen.  I coached youth baseball and softball for 9 years, and I currently am on the Boards of Directors of Cornell Cooperative Extension and Holy Cross Academy in Oneida.
