I have practiced law in Orange County for over 40 years and have tried over 100 cases. I started my career as an Orange County Deputy District Attorney where I routinely practiced as a prosecutor before the trial and appellate courts. I focused my practice on the legality of police conduct in major narcotics investigations. I argued the case of People v. Bravo (1987) 43 600 before the California Supreme Court representing the statewide association of prosecutors. The Bravo case established a new standard for the search of repeat narcotics offenders. 

Once in private practice, I began to develop a specialty representing licensed health care providers in criminal cases involving medical billing fraud, narcotics and sexual assault on patients. I have handled these cases across the country and have lectured nationally in front of statewide medical associations. I am particularily expert at professional licensure defense and the defense of Medicare and Medicaid audits.
